Schema Definitions
ContextEmbed uses JSON Schema-based definitions to specify what metadata is required for different asset types. Schemas can be created through the web interface or defined in code and synced via the API.
Metadata Embedding
Once schemas are defined, ContextEmbed can embed structured metadata into assets at various points in your pipeline. Supported embedding methods include EXIF/IPTC for images, XMP for documents, and custom headers for web assets.
Validation Rules
Assets are validated against their corresponding schema before entering your pipeline. Validation checks include required field presence, format correctness, value constraints, and cross-field dependencies.
Integration
ContextEmbed integrates with popular DAM systems, CDNs, and publishing pipelines. Integration is available through REST API, webhooks, and native plugins for common platforms.
